MTS Health Services was founded by Tim Lloyd and Monica Hedrick in May of 2011. Together they have adapted a Co-CEO structure to promote an increased scope and broader capacity of leadership for the company.
Tim Lloyd, Ph.D., LMFT, BCBA
CEO and Director of Program Development
Dr. Tim Lloyd is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed mental health professional (LMFT, MCAP). His experience spans over 20 years and has been successfully proven in private practice, consultation and corporate settings. In addition to his clinical practice, he has been instrumental in developing health care systems in multiple states including Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado, and Hawaii. Dr. Lloyd’s strategic expansion efforts as Director of the Behavioral Health Division of Community Ties of America resulted in the company being recognized by Inc Magazine as one of the top 15% of the 5,000 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States in 2009. Dr. Lloyd has an extensive background and wide range of experience in providing consultation, clinicaltreatment and strategic planning specific to program development in corporate settings.

Monica Hedrick, MSW, LCSW, BCBA
CEO and Director of Operations
Monica Hedrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Central Florida. Monica has worked in Behavioral Health since 2003 in a variety of settings, and she continues to be inspired by the strength and resilience many people show as they struggle with and resolve difficult issues. Prior to starting private practice, Monica has worked with people with Alzheimer’s Disease, families dealing with terminal illnesses, and individuals with developmental disabilities. For the past 5 years, she has been a member of the Mental Health Circuit Court Examination Committee, conducting Incapacity Examinations. She has been certified in Critical Incident Stress Management, since 2004, working with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in Central Florida.
Monica’s diverse and rich experiences are evident in her work with clients of all age groups and ethnic backgrounds, enabling her to work successfully with individuals and families on a wide range of issues. She is able to use her Spanish-speaking ability to better meet the needs of her clients. Monica is able to assist clients struggling with the paralysis of anxiety, trauma and depressive disorders in order to help them “overcome the roadblocks to the life paths they desire.” What has been most rewarding for Monica is to watch families come together and reconnect after a traumatic or difficult period in their lives. This includes clients in individual therapy that have rebuilt their lives in order to increase their life satisfaction.
In addition to Monica’s extensive professional success, her greatest accomplishment is being a working mom and balancing a rewarding, successful career and a happy home life.
